1. All e-mail addresses existing in artGalore.ca's contest database will be sent a contest link email during the month or a tweet via Twitter. At any time, you may request that your email address be removed from our database by clicking on the subscription settings at the bottom of any e-mail sent to you by artGalore.ca. You can also unfollow us from Twitter. However, only email addresses/followers that are listed in our database will be sent a contest link.

The contest page will have a trivia question to answer or task to do via Twitter. For trivia, once you have your answer, submit it using the form on the website. On Twitter, follow the instructions. All correct trivia answers received before draw date/time are entered into the prize draw for the month. A computer generated random selection (from random.org) will be made from amongst all eligible correct answers received.

No purchase required to enter. Only one entry per email address/Twitter follower. All fields must be filled in on the trivia form. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. artGalore.ca will not accept entries by phone, fax, postal mail or any other method not specifically stated herein.

2. Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded, have no cash equivalent and are not transferable or refundable. artGalore.ca reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value in the event that the prizes advertised are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to disqualify anyone who we feel is giving fraudulent information or is not adhering to the official rules.

3. Selected entrant(s) will be contacted by email. To win, selected entrant(s) must complete the electronic declaration confirming compliance with the contest rules and correctly answer a skill-testing question. artGalore.ca accepts no liability for printing errors on material distributed for this contest. All decisions of the contest manager are final. The contest winner must contact artGalore.ca within 7 days by email once notified. artGalore.ca reserves the right to substitute, terminate, withdraw, suspend or cancel the Contest and/or the Prize at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever in their sole discretion.

4. All entries become the property of artGalore.ca. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, misdirected or delayed. Winners and their guests/families will be required to release artGalore.ca and its agencies and representatives from liability with respect to the contest and the prize.

5. By entering, each winner, if requested, agrees to have his/her name, city, and/or photograph used without compensation for advertising purposes related to this contest.

6. The contest is open to everyone. However, not all prizes can be shipped everywhere, and generally are restricted to the continental USA and Canada. In the event the prize cannot be shipped to the winner, and the winner designates no other person/address to receive the prize on their behalf, the prize will be forfeited and has no cash value. Contestants must have reached the age of majority in their country and have a valid email address. Contest excludes employees of artgalore.ca, their sponsors, their associated companies, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers/sponsors and members of their immediate families living in the same household.
